I got my taxes filed from this firm for two consecutive years (2020-2021), I got a reassessment from CRA mentioning that I owe CRA a balance as the taxes in the past years have not been filed correctly ( including some penalties) . I sent the letter to these guys via email they did not respond so I called and spoke to someone who said that we have received my letter and they will get back to me with answer. No one reached out so I sent an another email, as this matter was crucial to me and finally someone called and I was not able to answer but within 5 minutes I called back and someone asked me wait for another call back. Did not receive any explanation either by phone or email for 3 days. So I emailed them again after 3 days asking for a response and someone emails me back not explaining anything regarding the reassessment letter but just rudely replying that I may want to take a look at my call logs that they tried calling me (the call that I returned withing 5 minutes). The service at this place is very unprofessional, they take ages to respond and do not pay attention to your concerns. I would not recommend anyone going to this firm for filing their taxes as you don't want to receive a reassessment letter in future saying you owe CRA x" amount of money just because your taxes were filed incorrectly and things were missing. People working here have no knowledge of what they are doing to be honest. They can’t explain you anything and definitely don’t care about the customers. I think the owner should probably manage their team and potentially try to make it more efficient"
