Suddenly one morning I had no power to any outlets in my master bedroom and bath. Being on my own I knew to check the fuse box but still couldn't get power. I called First To Call and was told they could probably get there the next day but Randy, the fellow I was talking to offered to walk me through the problem while on the phone. After directions at the electrical panel and the outlets, power was restored and I was so thankful to the time Randy gave over the phone in instructing me thus saving a house call and valuable wait time. I will not hesitate to call again. It was so refreshing to have friendly, genuine service. Thank you

Called for help installing a bathroom fan and got service within the hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went out of his way to provide information on how the circuit worked and why certain wires were setup the way they were. I will use them again.

I had written a review prior to this one when Randy was the owner and I could not say enough good. It was a 5 Star.His son has taken over and is still in the learning stage. He was prompt and completed the job on time but near the end of the job he told my wife Just have your husband finish wrapping this electrical cord with tape." For $300.00 the tape should have been included.That is like "I did a brake job on your car but could you put the wheel back on?"Yes I would call them but this review is the reality of business."

We live in a 70's house that had undergone reno's that left various plugs, light switches and appliances all on one switch! Randy offered all the help I needed to locate, and problem solve the issue...over the phone! His generosity saved us a repair bill in tough economic times. Thank you Randy.

Had a problem with the circuit breaker on stove. Called Randy at First to Call Electric. He gave me some advice over the phone and asked me to call him back after I tried it. I did what he said and it worked which saved a service call!I am very grateful for Randy's help and his attention to my situation gained First to Call a Future customer!Thank you

We have been very happy with Randy's service over the past few years. He is prompt and professional. Recently, the motor in our bathroom fan stopped working. We called Randy and he told us where to buy the replacement motor that had been discontinued. We put in the new motor and our exhaust fan is as good as new. We never hesitate to call Randy and are always happy with his service.

I give 0 for Randy’s customer service and 0 for lack of knowledge. He said our main breaker was fine when obviously it wasn’t, and had to be replaced after we kept losing the power!$135 wasted on a thief!
