Went in to get a part installed om my 2022 Camry. My service advisor John A. was the first one out of 3 different dealerships who was able to figure out exactly what work needed to be done. Got me in and out within 30 minutes. Kudos to John A. for an Amazing customer experience.

Was referred to Stouffville Toyota by a good friend. The treatment I had from the staff at Stouffville Toyota was above and beyond. Lloyd (sales Manager) dealt with me first and had Beth (sales) continue the purchase deal with me. Beth kept in contact with me through the order process and set up a delivery time window for my vehicle to arrive. My vehicle arrived on time and I was informed of all the steps to come. Tyler (business manager) contacted me and was a pleasure to deal with and set up my delivery timeThis process was the best auto purchase process I have ever hadThank you to the Sales team at Stouffville Toyota. Buyers beware! Shady dealings that take advantage of the current demand for hybrid vehicles. Ordered a 2023 Corolla Hybrid LE AWD in Oct 2022. Checked in with my sales rep, Arthur, on May 26 2023 and was informed that they had a vehicle that became available after the last customer was unable to secure insurance. Confirmed with the sales manager, Lloyd, that the vehicle was indeed available but because it was a “display vehicle” it MUST have rust proofing and ceramic wrap done, which was 3k on top of the 35k OTD price (which also included a 3 year ECP that I needed" to get to secure the order) Also
