The workers were absolutely a delight to be around!! They made my prom dress shopping moment a 10/10!! Everything was super cute and they were the ultimate “hype team” especially when I said yes to the prom dress!! Definitely 10/10 reccomend!

My experience at Juniper was amazing and the staff were absolutely fantastic! The store itself is very clean, organized, stylish, and accommodating. The staff were patient and professional with knowledge about every style of gown and fit. Karla and Olivia were especially helpful and did an amazing job helping me find my dream dress! It is so wonderful to know that a place like this in London exists and I will be referring all my friends to your store!

I brought my boyfriends daughter here to browse prom dresses. The staff member who helped us was SO friendly, helpful and patient. She was in no rush, and was two steps ahead in finding sizes and styles that she felt would suit my bfs daughter. She went in with one style in mind, but ended up getting an entirely different style. The employee was so kind, and helped nudge her out of her comfort zone.Would definitely recommend.(Plus, the dresses are absolutely gorgeous.)

Two of my daughters and I visited today to help my graduating daughter pick her prom dress. It was the first store we visited and the first time we’ve been to Juniper. They were very busy but worked hard and stayed patient and thoughtful, making sure we were taken care of well. My girl chose her perfect dress and the ‘she said yes to the dress’ celebration was incredibly fun and really made the trip that much more special. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience - we look forward to going back when we pick up her dress.

This was the most positive dress shopping experience! I haven’t shopped for anything fitted since having kids. Now in my 40’s I think we often settle for special occasion dresses (in my case I’m going to a black tie event). The ladies were amazing and so helpful and I found my dress in less than an hour! No matter your age or body type, if you’re looking for a place where you’ll most likely find something then I highly suggest going to Juniper. I wish I had more events to go to!

My daughter’s prom dress experience with Juniper was excellent. From the moment she walked throught the door, throughout the selection and fitting process, to the knowledge, helpfulness, and enthusiasm of the staff, Juniper exceeded our expectations. Sindy in particular, was extremely professional, responsive to our needs, and empathetic to our concerns. She went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our purchase , and we couldn’t be more grateful. I have been here twice in my life ones for my grade 8 graduation dress and now for a prom dress and I can say in those 4 years there customer service has not gotten any better. The girl I asked a question to said she didn’t know and would go ask her coworker but then never came back to me to give me an answer (they were not busy), they also were over all not being very nice.
