Horrible experience with the whole pre-order of the new Zelda game. The website offered free gift if you were to do a preorder online. The store is giving out that free gift to anyone walking into the store regardless of a preorder was placed or not and ran out of stock for the folks actually entitled to it. Extremely disappointed

Lots of good games and very organized. There are also lots of good anime stuff, such as toys, figures, plush toys, hats. For these items you don't usually get it elsewhere. The sales person friendly welcomed us.

Went in to buy an old game - I called to ask if it was in stock and the person reserved it for me as I came in. When I arrived, another person was at the cash register and was helpful and friendly. Great experience overall
