Always good experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Most of time have what you need, this is due to small town stores usually can't compete with big city stores for stock. Best place to go for home construction project as wetaskiwin canadian tire is not.

Lay out of store is great. Bright and lots of room. Reasonable prices and terrific sales.

Send request for Material price offer approximately $1000.00, called twice first time 20 min in q, hang up redialed, got the request again to resend still no answer. so I get my material some where else

Very bad attitude of some of employees and no help from anyone around and had to find my own supplies and workers where just visiting among them selves at counter and not interested in helping me out with products in-store six people walking around ignoring me and not interested in helping me, must change management or great new younger employees not family or ignorant people employed there

I bought three used grain bins from a local farmer. Three months ago this company was contacted about moving the bins and they assured me it was not a problem. I had to phone them for two solid weeks every day before they would give me a date. After two solid weeks of phoning they said that they would deliver two bins one day and then the last bin the day after. They did show up and deliver one bin and said that they had other customers to take care of later in the day. I phoned the manager RAY as per the driver and asked when the rest would be delivered. They said they would do one the next day and one the following Monday. They phoned me the next day and told me they were canceling the rest of the bin moves as they had real customers bins to move. He explained that they had people who had spent 40 or 50K on bins and that they were real customers and their real priority. After several months they canceled the morning of the second bin move and said they were more concerned about their real customers.
