The Mobile Shop

Went here once to look at getting a new phone, because there was a nice deal on. Problem is that the sale was on for another 6 days and he lied right to my face when I asked how long this promotion was one for. trying to pressure me into getting a phone now and that I didnt have time to wait. Never going back. I dont like being lied to in order to push a sale.

Been there four times this week and there is never anyone around even though their hours say open? Not sure if they are short staffed or what but it's really difficult to get the phone transferred as I have been informed it has to be done at the store, but I cannot get help. Actually went there on the weekend and someone was there. Snide and unhelpful and also quite slovenly. Took 5 minutes for my problem to be solved by a private company.

The gentleman that assisted me with switching providers was able to help me make a better choice as well as being personable and professional. It was all done swiftly and seamlessly. Thank you, Kasan!**UPDATE (Jan/22): Once again The Mobile Shop exhibited wonderful service, knowledge and professionalism. Walked out with a new Samsung Flip 4, 30 more gigs of data which increased my bill by a mere $20 which will decrease once I pay off my 'Tab'.

wasn't pleased with customer service at all. Good deals for points with some of their phones though.

Parents got a phone and a plan recently. At end said they didn't have phone and would need to order in. Parents went back to get phone they told them it was not in. Parents insisted they check and they found it. Gave them phone and sent them on their way saying they legally can't touch the phone which is brand new in the box to put sim in. They charged $45 activation fee and they were refusing to install sim for my parents because there was a walk in customer they wanted to get another sale since my parents had already done their sale. They made my elderly parents wait 1 hour so they can get new sale 1st that came in after them before they finally helped them with sim card. They even said to take it to another shop in town and they will install it. Really wish I was there during this interaction. Slimy sales people. Peyush you need to learn customer service and not try to take advantage of elderly. Hope your boss sees this review.

The staff here are fantastic. I'm extremely pleased with both of my recent visits here. TARA helped us out getting a new phone and was such a pleasure to deal withI'd like management to contact me about this positive experience.

Awful company. Treats its loyal employees like absolute dirt. Will never patronize any of these stores and will actively make sure no one else does.
