Waited 6 weeks to receive a defective rower. Haven’t been able to use it once. They sent a replacement strap 3 weeks later and provide no repair to the newly purchased equipment. I’ve asked 4 times about the process on how to return it and still have not received a response or a resolution. This place has horrible service and selling faulty equipment. I will demand a return with my bank faster than this unprofessional business

I ordered adjustable dumbbells and a weight bench. The paint on the weight bench was chipped and looked used. I contacted Montréal Fitness and told them of the issue. After months of back and forth (including 2 months of complete silence), we got nowhere. They just ghosted me in the end. So, I paid a premium price for the equivalent of used equipment. Do not recommend.

I purchased a pair of adjustable dumbbells online. When they arrived one box appeared damaged. Upon opening and taking out of the box the dumbbell was damaged. Two of the connectors were broken. The dumbbell was unusable. I reached out to the Company for assistance and after the first response where they said they would replace they dumbbell I have had no further contact from them despite several emails from me to follow up. I am very disappointed in their level of service and support. I would not recommend this company. There are many other companies like this that are much more customer focused.

Do not, under any circumstances, order from this “store.” I placed an order for an item listed as in-stock on the website and selected pickup. I received my order almost three months later, after being told the item was actually unavailable, having the model changed out from under me due to a lack of stock, dealing with constantly shifting delivery estimates, and extended periods of non-communication that ended only when I explained that I would need to get my bank involved with a payment dispute if the runaround continued. Even after the item was delivered, part of it broke within three weeks of light use, but representatives of Montreal Fitness were so difficult to deal with that I would rather fix the problem myself than even begin to attempt making a claim through the warranty.My work involves dealing with e-commerce order fulfillment, and I have a lot of compassion for the issues that come up in the normal course of business (inventory issues, etc.) But Montreal Fitness was beyond unprofessional and frustrating to deal with from the start of our commercial interaction to the end of it. Besides, if you want to overpay for poor craftsmanship, you can buy most of what they’re selling for much less directly from their suppliers. I had actually seen the exact item I ordered listed on Jeff’s Big Website for several hundred dollars cheaper, but wanted to support a local company & be able to pick up in store instead of dealing with dubious delivery timelines from a dropshipper. Joke’s on me! But it doesn’t have to be on you. If you would like to keep your self respect, don’t patronize this business.

Do NOT buy from here, I’m missing part of my order, I contacted thier email - they told me to figure it out myself. After telling them this was not acceptable I was told that my issue was being “processed”. I have followed up 3 times without a response in the last 2 weeks. It’s been over 1.5 months since I placed my order. Also you cannot speak to anyone directly their phone puts you in a loop ans suggests you contact their email.UPDATE:It is now March (ordered Nov 4/22), I still have not received the missing item. They usually take 3-4 follow up emails to reply sometimes taking more than 3 weeks to reply.Montreal Fitness is a joke of a company bordering fraudulent.ALSO- I find it interesting that all the 5 star reviews this buisness receives - the google reviewers all have two reviews. For Montreal Fitness and another buisness (KOTI) a buisness with the same physical address as Montreal Fitness. The reviews are all written the same aswell..

Paid $700 for my order, can’t get in contact with anyone from the company regarding my whereabouts/eta for delivery. Want to cancel my order as I don’t feel comfortable anymore and nobody will return my emails and their phone line is an automated loop.Currently in an investigation through my bank to get my money back and cancel this order, worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Just want my money and to go my own way

Purchased adjustable weights. When I got it, near the handle (a plastic piece) had a slight gap. Told them, I was told it was fine. A few months later that same dumbbell no longer full extends the rail so when you engage and lift the last plate WILL drop. When it first happened it nearly fell on my foot. I contacted them. They mentioned they would send a replacement handle. It's been over a full month and nothing. Reached out again and they are now ignoring me. This is not customer service. Also want to be clear. I am very careful with it's use. I never drop weights even in public gyms. This is not user error, but product error and lack of service.Edit: I don't know if they just didn't communicate it or if it was as a result of this posted review, but within a few hours of posting this - I got a shipment notification (no email from them) that I was getting something from Montreal Fitness. In the end they did end up rectifying and honoring the warranty by sending a replacement handle. But I don't think I should have to do this to get them to honor a warranty and stand by their products.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this company. We ordered back in November and still have yet to receive part of our order and it’s the end of February. There have been multiple emails sent to them with no response. This company is a fraud as they did process our payment without sending us our complete order. Their customer service is a joke. Quality is subpar as well. Spend your money elsewhere!Update: Order # was provided. We received an email from customer service saying they will look into it. Still haven’t received any concrete information on the next steps/where our order is.

Hands down the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Completely incompetent, indifferent, and horrible, low quality products. Their customer support is practically non-existent, and when you do actually get in touch with them, they either seem like they don't know what they're doing or, don't care. And, the QA of their products doesn't seem to be there at all either.I purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells from them in January. After about 2 uses, something broke inside one of the handles - an obvious mechanical issue. I contacted them through email to sort it out.After about 3 weeks of back and forth, and what seemed like endless requests for pictures and videos of the problem, their solution was that I pay 50% of the cost for a replacement. After another 3-4 weeks of back and forth, and me saying this was not acceptable, they finally caved and agreed to send a new handle.The new handle arrived and was non-functioning right out of the box. Cue another 5-6 weeks of endless emails and picture/videos being sent. Finally they agreed to send a second replacement. Received the second replacement and surprise, surprise: it was not working. At this point I was at my wits end and decided to do some trouble-shooting myself - reading up on the product online and taking it apart at my workshop. I was able to deduce (pretty quickly) that I was missing a spring and ball bearing from the handle which was not sent with the replacements. Upon telling them this their reply was in order to speed the process up

Do not purchase from! Purchased a rower, when the rower finally arrived it was not functional. Video provided to company demonstrating the rower not usable due to the recoil catching when attempting to row. Montreal fitness agreed to reimbursement and pick up of product, however it never happened. After months getting a run around from Montreal Fitness, I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau which Montreal Fitness has CHOSEN NOT to respond to. And now the company will no longer respond to me. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!
