After horrible experiences with dealers in Windsor, I took the drive to Essex to give Ken Knapp a shot and they came through big time! Ruby worked some sort of magic I've never seen before and got me into a dream truck with super low kms! Matt was awesome too. I used the chat app to see if my car was part of a recall. The other person got back to me right away! The customer service was very nice and got my car fixed within 48 hours, even my coworkers were impressed! I have been dealing with Ken knapp since I was in highschool. It's really the most honest dealership around. If you ever need anything done their prices are good and the customer service is amazing. Just overall great people.

The service staff and sales staff continue to impress me! This is my second F150 in the past 6 years and we also have a new Bronco purchased here. they continue to go above and beyond to take care of all my needs. The dog play area is great!
