The hours of operation for all locations is absolutely useless for anyone trying to work around normal working hours or even hours when kids are in school. They need to expand these hours to make it more useful for everyone who needs the services.

Stopped in for my appointment and both the person at the desk, and person looking for my referral were not great. My referral was somehow lost after it was faxed over, a problem I have never had from my clinic to other labs. The person looking tossed my healthcard in my direction, while the lady at the desk was not helpful in explaining and I was given little direction as to how to provide a sample. I have never left a review prior to this, but I hope this was just an off day for these workers.

The staff at the clinic seem nice enough. The lady at the front, is all business, is direct, and lays out what is required clearly, then directs you to sanitize your hands. I don't find this rude. My issue is that the lab needs some good cleaners. When I walked into the washroom it looked as though someone ran a mop in a circle. It is dirty in the corners and all along the baseboards. This isn't dirt brought in from the heavy traffic of the day. This is sloppy cleaning. I can't believe it makes a pass. It makes me uneasy.

Your experience will be dependent on the person who’s preforming your test. There’s a guy who’s doing it painless and quickly, and a lady that will do it quite painful. There’s a big line outside. Overall the staff was friendly. It might take some time so it is recommended to have an appointment-will save you the outside standing. Big parking lot outside.

My Dr. emailed my lab request to me. I am from out of town and do not carry a printer with me. This location refused to accept a simple email and to print one piece of paper, and would rather have me drive home, print one piece of paper and drive back. Lady in the front says the company does not allow them to print on paper. Right behind her were two basic printers. What an absolute lack of effort and bs excuse. Please feel free to contact me to try and explain the rationale of poor service.

I was there Friday, April 28, 2023.That Filipino man sitting at the front taking people’s requisitions was very rude and ignorant.I told him I had a hearing impairment and he rolled his eyes and practically yelled at me.Very rude and unprofessional.The young lady who took my blood was amazing and so sweet. Balanced out, but that guy sure needs a talking to how to treat patients!!

I was there this morning 14th April. The receptionist with a short curly hair was so mean to most of the people coming in. Also to me. Throwing a thing on her desk if she's not satisfied on the answer of the people. She shouldn't work as a receptionist at all.
