I am writing this review under my husband's google account.Originally I posted a 1 star review for challenges I had in returning a helmet I bought online. The helmet was too small. I had it in my possession for less than 24 hours, and only tried it on and placed it back into it's box.At the Burlington store I was refused the helmet return. Apparently there is a no refund" policy on helmets

I visited this tack shop on Saturday to buy a helmet!As soon as I walked in , I was a quickly approached by Andrea who helped me pick and try on all helmets in the big helmet room. ..she was helpful, funny and knowledgeable...This tack shop is well laid out and full of friendly, helpful staffThanks Andrea for your help !!

What an amazing Greenhawk. Right from when I saw the building I was in love. They have such a terrific selection. Being a heavier set person, I have difficulty finding riding clothes my size and this Greenhawk had all the sizes I needed. The staff are really nice and helpful and so knowledgeable. What a terrific Greenhawk!

Love this location. Great selection of equipment, apparel, toys, treats, etc. and very friendly, helpful staff!Adding Feb 2023: This is my go-to place for everything equestrian-related - whether it's clothing for me, my daughter, toys, tack, equipment and supplies, or show gear, I absolutely love it. This isn't the closest Greenhawk for me but it's worth the extra drive. Just this morning I called to inquire about a product and they answered all my questions, found what I needed, made suggestions and it was so helpful. Thank you to the Greenhawk Burlington team! You rock!

EDIT: Erin from the Burlington store was great when she heard about the problem with the dog rain coat and offered me great customer service!!Great variety of products but when something goes wrong the customer service is poor. I purchased the Shedrow K9 Cloud raincoat for my dog and it cause a deep skin infection after wearing it at the barn for a few hours requiring vet attention. I was told by customer service that it was not the jacket and offered no support. Frankly the response was condescending. I would not recommend this product if you have a highly active dog.

Went to go get a riding helmet, as I am new to riding. Let me just say that this place takes care of you. I went with no knowledge of what I needed or what I was looking for. Instead of taking advantage of this naive customer to make an upsell, the absolutely lovely lady (I wish I got her name) spent over half an hour fitting me into different helmets, making sure I didn't spend too much and that it was the perfect fit. And then to add the cherry on top she insisted I walk around the store wearing it to make sure it fits okay and if there were any adjustments needed. Truly amazing to find a place that seems to care. Thank you

I go here because it's the closest, but it's not my favourite. The selection is minimal. I'm bigger set and nothing seems to fit me.The older employees are intimidating and don't seem to want to interact with the customers. I asked a question, the employee didn't know, so he asked another older employee, who then said Do you have an easier question?"The younger employees are always pleasant to talk to. I asked to change my name in the system and they were more than happy to accommodate.I picked up a labeled item to the front to purchase
