extremely helpful and friendly at this bike shop. I went in for an issue with my brakes and within minutes had new pads on and it is working perfectly again. I was also having a minor issue with a watch strap and they went out of their way to help fix it. I can not recommend this place enough.

I was on the front end of an emtb vacation at Mt Tremblant and cracked my rear thru axle on the first trail (Truite)Walked bike to Cybercyle and they were quick to custom a replacement. Crisis adverted!100% recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We rented 2 bikes and went on the recommended path with no cars to LaBelle village, which has beautiful nature, see pictures. Bikes are easy and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Outstanding service. My rear hub was wearing out in the midst of a 4 day bike trip. They were able to replace the rear hub in 30 minutes while I waited and I was on my way. Very professional!

Awesome bike shop! Traveling here for the 70.3 Ironman Mont Tremblant and had problems with gear shifting. Staff took care of it right away, did a great job and at a great price. Super happy with the experience, friendly and professional! 5 stars deserved and more!

The rental bikes are good and they have a good number of bikes available normal and electric.The prices are genuine and the service is amazing.That being said I got in a accident and the bike got crashed, they obviously charged me for the damages but it was genuine and the staff was really cooperative and helpful and even helped me with the first aid.I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to rent bikes!

What an awesome experience! I just showed up with my bike on a Sunday morning hoping that they would have time to check out the noise coming from my rear hub. The bike store I had taken it to previously had not been able to fix it. They took my bike in immediately fixed the issue and now it rides like new! They also checked out the bike and repaired a couple of other critical issues . Super friendly, fast and quality work. Stayed to have lunch and coffee at the bistro located in the shop which was also excellent.

I needed a small derailleur adjustment in the middle of Tremblant loop. They took my bike in immediately and corrected it in a matter of minutes. Couldn’t ask for better
