Dr. Norris is very kind and responsive, and my child feels very comfortable with her. I also have had no issues with the front desk staff. I am very happy to have this clinic.

Dr. Norris was patient and kind. Office staff was lovely! They were gracious and laughed with me when I accidentally walked into their staff room instead of through the exit door! Oops!

This is solely based on my experience.My son was sick with fever, cough and have been throwing up all night. Took him to this walking clinic and seen Dr. Zaid Jaber as per the reception but could also see that the sign say the doctors available was Dr. Nabeel Khaleel" I only mention this because I think they are protecting him and not disclosing his name.Zero bedside manners

I wish I give 0 stars.We had taken our son to grand river ER. We were referred to Dr.Komsa.After waiting 2 weeks for a call for an appointment( we we were told it would be less than 3 days) we called them to ask about an appointment for our son. The receptionist is rude and uncaring. She mentioned the doctor hadn’t reviewed our case and so we couldn’t book an appointment. I called a few days later to be told that finally our sons case has been reviewed but would be booking him in February or march. We are currently October 26. Basically saying the “severity” of our son’s condition wasn’t grave enough so he gets a later appointment!?!? What is that! Does he have to be dying to be seen! What kind of attention is this. 0 care for their patients.

Reception staff is abrasive and not very welcoming. I needed a minute to recoup myself since I got 1 hr late to my appointment due to what end up being a time zone discrepancy on their appointment link. A staff member came out and told me I couldn’t stay without a mask, even though I asked for one the second I entered the office. I asked again for a mask and she said “No” since I needed to leave the place. Like seriously , did she think I had nothing better to do that hanging out in a pediatrician waiting area? She said all this with a very abrasive tone.I guess I will be ready next time. And I will treat them with minimal courtesy. They actually didn’t even say good afternoon when I arrived. They just asked for the Health Card as soon as I said good afternoon.People working on doctor offices need to have some empathy and understand that the majority of people aren’t there by choice but for a need. And that need could be causing a lot of stress and worry. So if you don’t have the empathy to consider that then change jobs. After all they are there by choice not as the patients. We all rather be in different place I can assure them that.The pediatrician is lovely and very nice. So I’m not moving because of some bitter people that don’t have customer service skills.

Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. Dr Komsa is the only dr who we’ve dealt with that actually listens to the concerns with my daughter. The staff are friendly, the office is awkward but they use the space as best as they can. We haven’t had any bad experiences.

I hear people on here talking about a rude receptionist, I literally just came off the phone with one her name is Pauline I only called to see if Dr.Fox received my message about filling out a form.I told her (Pauline) I called a few days ago(which was actually over a week ago) you know this woman responded by say the Dr has patients that need to be attended to that take precedence over any form and she doesn’t have time for that and how I called yesterday. I said I never called yesterday I said I called a few days ago she literally lied on me and said I told her I called yesterday I told her she was vey rude and I never said my form was more important than any patient I just wanted to know if the Dr received my message. I told Pauline that all she had to say was yes and that the doctor would get back to me when she had time. Instead of Pauline apologizing to me she instead said I was rude and said she didn’t want to continue the phone call and proceeded to hang up on me. Oh before that I asked to speak with someone else because she was rude and she said she was the only person there even though I told her I heard someone else in the background.

I'm not sure why this office has such bad reviews. Honestly I had an excellent experience. We had to see a pediatrician for my daughter before and my husband was waiting over 2 hours to see them only for them to look at her for a few seconds and not really tell us anything we didn't already know. I was so relieved for my son to be sent to a different Doctor and it did not disappoint. Super clean office. They had a cute little kitchen area for kids to play in and the receptionist was very friendly. We didn't have to wait at all. Saw the Doctor right away and felt very well looked after. She was so friendly and I didn't feel rushed out at all. You can't bring in your stroller but the office is quite tight so I completely understand why they have that policy. Overall I would be happy to go back to this office and recommend them to others.

We have good experiences from our paediatrician, Dr. Stoltz. However, the receptionist that everyone is speaking about in the reviews, is in fact, very rude and condescending. They should deal with this accordingly since so many people are experiencing the same thing. Who decides to work in a Peds office with such negativity???
