I cannot express my gratitude for being connected with Plum Tree Memory Care. We reached out for assistance after a sudden and significant decline in my grandfather's dementia journey. Very shortly after initiating service, we were set up with assessments and visits from Lissa (OT), Jen (nurse), and Sana (dementia doula). During our initial session, Dr. Lee was gracious enough to hop on to quickly rule out certain serious incidents behind the progression of my grandfather's dementia. They reviewed everything we have been doing and advised us with such compassion and reassurance that it makes it easy to focus our energy where it matters. Thanks to their timeliness and invaluable insights, we are able to move forward knowing we have the tools and strategies that will serve my grandfather best! It is a great relief to have Plum Tree Memory Care to count on during this difficult time!
