I have used their services for 3 years. I have never had any problems. Could the staff be friendlier? Absolutely. Could they acknowledge the customers better? No argument there. But if you’re a self reliant shopper you will have no problem shopping and finding an item here.

I was very happy. I loved that they organised by size, type, AND colour. Fantastic. Change rooms are available. Jewelry, bags, shoes, and lots of beautiful scarves.

It’s fun to shop here and rarely do I leave empty handed. I just wish the staff were more pleasant. They don’t seem to acknowledge you unless you’re a known regular or spending a lot of money.

I have been shopping at Rhoda for years. I love going there. In fact I hardly shop anywhere else. I've brought my mother there a few times. She loved shopping and loved quality clothes and had never gone to a second hand clothes store before. She was so impressed by the selection and the prices that whenever she visited she wanted to go to Rhoda. And the store is very clean and I always find clothes I love there.

Rhoda's used to be a wonderful place to shop. But over the years, the quality of service has gone down the drain. My past few experiences have been somewhat unpleasant as the employees have been quite rude.I have now had my last experience with them as the employee criticized the way I was trying on clothes, was demeaning, rude and made me feel so small and belittled. None of the other employees did anything to curb this woman's behavior and treatment of me. When I confronted the woman and said that I have never been treated so rudely she still claimed that I was wrong for the way I was handling the clothes. As a grown woman, I believe I can try on clothes without incident just fine. I do not recommend shopping there if you want to have a positive experience. Loom and Magpie would never have this kind of service.

I've been a consigner and customer at Rhoda's Elegance Again for over 6 years, and I've had great experiences. I think it's very helpful, especially in these covid times, that local businesses are encouraging sustainability, affordability, and re-cycling as much as possible. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind whenever I drop clothing off. There is a tall lady who works the floor who is always there to give me a second opinion. I'm a performance artist, and I have picked up some AMAZING pieces for costumes. They have also have frequent sales, which makes the clothing super affordable. Thanks Rhoda's! ❤

I usually find something everytime I go. Occasionally there are some real unique pieces and good brands are common. prices can be little much for me sometimes but I believe that's on the seller not necessarily on Rhonda's

The best consignment store! They have a lot of options for outfits. The staff are very friendly, nice and very helpful. I had the best experience shopping at Rhoda’s.
