We used to shop at Dollarama twice a week but we won’t be anymore after the manager accused us of stealing because we had a bag. She took our bag of items and dumped it in a cart in front of a bunch of people. She never did it to other customers with bags. The way she went about it was very rude, I’ve never seen the likes of it in my life.

Bought something that ended up being too small earlier today. Tried to return (products not even opened!) or even a store credit and was told they don’t do any returns under any circumstances. I’d understand if the product was opened but it’s still in it’s package. I was also not told it was final sale or something clear and visible near the cash. Very disappointed

Some items are decently priced but I find the more popular an item gets the more they charge. The return policy is ridiculous just be sure you won't need to return much of anything.

Awesome and friendly staff. Always have what i'm looking for in stock and the store is always very clean. Sometimes i'm even able to find items that cost way more at other stores for the same price.

It's super decent for well priced eats for the treat cupboard (chocolate, cookies $1! pop, chips, etc) and household knickknacks and cleaning stuff - very reasonably priced. The craft isle is kinda bomb too. #Ftw

Much less customers that means easier shopping!! Not a lot of staff either, but it wasn't an issue. The staff that was there was putting out stock and there was a lot of boxes in the aisles and that made things a bit harder to navigate, butter were less people there, so not a big hold up
