Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Kintec is a proud supporter of local running events and carries the all of the gear that runners need. I was even able to buy a supportive ankle brace following a sprain. Very happy to see that they're carrying Altra shoes now!

I was extremely satisfied with my Kintec experience. From my call with Jerid, who moved mountains to get me in more quickly, to the Orthotics tech, Graham, who worked overtime to measure and fit me, I was impressed with the professionalism of the Kintec Salmon Arm staff. They were a delight to work with! And my feet, often not the happiest part of my body, are feeling very special and comfortable and well-protected. Thank you Kintec! I will be back when I need new orthotics!

Graham did an exceptional job in constructing a toe spaced for my handicapped brother! Due to mobility issues, Graham came out to the car and sat on the curb to mould the appliance. Great job and instant relief for something that has been bothering him for the last few months. Can't say thank you enough for going the extra distance! Great asset for the community!

I could not be happier about discovering Graham & his staff at Kintec. I had sore feet & tired legs for quite sometime. After an examination & consultation by Graham . I was fitted for new orthotics. I & my feet & legs could not be happier. Walking is once again a pleasure. I cannot thank Graham & his staff enough for their knowledge & professionalism. I had a strange, inconsistent pain in the foot since March and when it was getting worse, I was referred to Kintec. After detailed checkup I was provided with orthotics. I was a little skeptical how this can help with some nerves inside my foot. After explanations, encouragement and two adjustments I am experiencing a great improvement. Graham clearly knows his profession well! I have had ongoing pain to one of my feet and it was to the point I was limping and in severe pain. I walked into Kintec and he pinpointed the issue immediately, made a custom modification despite his packed schedule, and solved my foot troubles. I really appreciate that he was willing to go the extra mile even when I had no scheduled appointment and right before a long weekend. He even stayed far past clinic hours to fit it to my foot properly. Highly recommend his professionalism and empathy.

This review is related to Gil in Vernon, BC office. Office had to be moved due to flood, so address provided was not accurate. Head office in Burnaby was completely useless as didnt even know the correct directions. On the other hand, Gil was pleasant, thorough, did a very good assessment, and provided good education. Production of orthotic was prompt. Orthotic is comfortable, stable, and needed no adjustment. Follow up was efficient.I would highly recommend this service provided by Gil.

Never did I think I was wearing the incorrect shoe size. After a comprehensive consultation and thousands of my questions answered I was fitted correctly in Hoka Bondi 8 with an insole and it's been life changing. I highly recommend stopping in. I plan on heading in for another pair of shoes to wear outside hospital. Thank you from a set of tired nurse feet.

As a runner I was diagnosed with a Morton’s neuroma in my foot. My pain was to the point that I thought surgery would be my only option. Graham recommended orthotics and adjusted them so that I’m able to walk pain free. It’s been over 2 years and the orthotics are still keeping me functional.Graham has always gone above & beyond his busy schedule to put his clients first.He has stayed late, fit me in on his break, left orthotics out for me to pick up after hours when my work schedule interfered with store hours.Graham is just an amazing guy & committed to giving back to his community. I love being able to support someone local with his skill & professionalism. He truly cares.
