Hi I am looking to move to leduc, I am looking for a spirit filled church. I have read the comments of how the church is so welcoming and the acceptance . And the church decor. But no one mentioned about the Word of God. And the Holy Spirit. Can someone please give some light. Thank you.

Unfortunately this is not a church I would call home. My husband and I attended yesterday to see what we thought loved the on line information. However not one person approached us to welcome us accepted the lovely gentleman sitting beside us when the pastor instructed to do so. And he was the only one we went to the welcome table and even there it was not welcoming it was what can I help you with. To say he least we were very disappointed. The word was amazing, but no matter how good the word is if you don’t feel welcome it can’t be home.

My husband and I LOVE city life. The community is so positive and inclusive. The pastors are so authentic and make you feel so welcome. Its such an amazing church to be a part of. Lots of options for your kids to be apart of during service also.

I love city life. I'm glad to call this my home church and feel so happy to bring others with me here. I know that anyone that I bring will be happily welcomed and will have a strengthened connection to God through the powerful services, music and environment.

I couldn’t imagine calling another church home. Through City Life my relationship with God and Christ is strengthened weekly and through the church I’ve found and developed passion and strengths I would have never knew were within me.

At first, I thought that this was going to be an amazing church for me to call home. But soon I found out why people told me in the past that they had left the church. It is very sad because there’s a very clear inner clique of people who preach about reaching out to others and being kind but don’t let anyone inside their circle. it feels like they are an elite club and good luck trying to get in. i felt very uncomfortable and left after they began taking their anti-mask stance. i wasn’t the only one and have spoken to others who have had the same experience with this church. it got to the point where it literally nauseated me that these pastors and other church leaders could use their power for bad, encouraging their own personal values and beliefs onto the congregation. The church exploded with anti-vax, pro-trucker, and anti-mask people and they continue to spread disinformation. when they got in trouble for consistently not wearing masks, their solution was to put up curtains so nobody could see inside- wow, just what a great example of jesus’ love, right?? it seems like it’s all they stand for nowadays. I felt welcomed here at first, but it’s not long until they all forget about you. When I left, no one even checked up on me. Not even a text message or anything. Don’t attend this church, find somewhere else. Trust me, don’t waste your time. the rumors about this church are TRUE. after this church, i’ve decided i’m not going to any church again. so thanks, city life.

This church really loves people. They love who you are just as you are. They really want to help you meet Jesus and grow with Him. If you have a differing opinion, you are still loved and welcomed. There are tons of activities for every age. Highly recommend.
