Our move was seamless from start to finish. Zach was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. He's always happy and in a good mood! They called a few days prior to our move date just to touch base and make sure everything was OK.On our move date the crew arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were careful and respectful with our possessions. We would definitely recommend Turpin to our friends and neighbours. Thank you Zach & crew!

We used Turpin Moving to move a 3 bedroom condo into local storage. Zach was courteous, prompt, and professional from the very first e-mail to the final invoice.Zach and his team were on-time and very efficient. They worked as a well oiled machine and got the job done in less time than estimated. Overall, a great bunch of guys to work with and we look forward to using Turpin Moving again when it's time to move from storage into our new place.Highly recommended!

Great service from the first phone call. We got delayed one day and they were very accommodating and helpful. The movers were quick, professional and fun to have around. Would definitely recommend Turpin and I will be using them again in the future.

We were so very happy with our move todayDalton, Zach and Josh walked in and introduced themselves, very curious and professional and were very careful with everything wrapping all the furniture and covering itThey treated it like it was their own.Such hard workers. !!!!!5 stars!!!!!The owner of Turpin Moving was an absolute pleasure to be dealing with through such a trying time for me. An unforeseeable matter came up on my move day, that I was required to handle immediately! Zach was extremely understanding & accommodating when it came down to it. He heard my reasonable needs & did what he needed, to ensure I was at peace of mind. He ensured me that his team could handle everything with me being remote & if something was not executed as expected, he would personally fix it himself. I would 100% recommend going with Turpin Moving if you are looking to deal with someone who displays top tier customer service & adaptability!!!

This guy coned me.I asked him if he would be at the move .He promised that he would be there.Then after i paid my deposit 3 weeks previasly , 3 Days before i moved , He told me that he was running his business remotally from somewhere else. So he sent 3 guys & they did'nt have any wrapping at all for my furniture which he assured me they would.. The move was incredibly sloppy & i was charged alot for a short distance move...He lied all the way through..Be very weary of this guy!!!

Turpin moving was seamless from start to end. They took a highly stressful, complicated move from a Toronto condo to Collingwood to something that was easy and fun. The crew worked fast, hard and were a pleasure to deal with on both ends of the move. I would not hesitate to use Turpin movers again and highly recommend them. Well done and thank you!
