OMG! This company gives the worst customer service and management ever. And I am 70 years old!I ordered water filters for two 4 filter systems and recived 3 filters. The customer service woman kept trying to convince me that I only had a 3 filter system. So I asked that she notify the serviceman that was scheduled to service my 2 systems that he may need to bring extra filters, she just got ruder & angreier with me. I asked to talk to her manager as it seemed really weird.Kevin, her manager took my call and I explained the situation. He asked me about the filters as he could not find my order in their system! I told him that had just got delivery of $400 of filters and it's 2023. But he insisted I send him a copy of the order! I gave him the order # but he insisted on a copy!!!!I called back & asked for the person in charge to inform them of the bad customer service. I had to leave a message for the person in charge to call me back .The person in charge did not call me back so the next day I called again. I left a meassage again. No call back. So I resigned myself to waiting for the service men that was scheduled to come and service the 2 systems at $150 each.It was today. No service men arrived. Looks like the company management has decided that they do not want to improve their customer service & instead would rather lose a client.When Nimbus was owned by Santos, I appreciated the quality of his products & services so installed the sytem in my stores to share with clients & staff & have installed systems into the homes of some of my staff.I am still in disbelief about this. But I see from the other reviews I am not alone

Terrible customer service.I called in to ask about stock on a certain filter replacement, I was told by presumably Sally that they did indeed have stock of that particular replacement cartridgeI said great I will be there around 3After driving for over an hour I arrive at nimbus water systems to be met by a young fellow who could not locate the filter in the systemI was asked to wait for another lady who came to tell me she doesn't know anything about this filter and can't help meAfter stating I was told on the phone that this product was in stock she visibly begrudgingly stood up from her chair to walk over and skim over the filters to tell me we have similar ones but not that one

Nimbus cost me a lot of money. Poor customer service and poor product installation. Nimbus is looking after Kinetico clients and although not everyone's experience may be bad mine has not been good. Wait times for service are roughly 3 weeks. I think they are overwhelmed or something. Even emergencies are not quick. Everything costs money and costs you more if it's their fault. Despite the problems last year of leaks and water everywhere after their Installer" removed my water system and despite the mishap of hooking up my drinking water to the hot water line and despite incredible wait times because they don't accommodate to your working schedule

We have been customers for over 10 years. In 2015 we installed a 3 cylinder water softener that never really solved the problem of persistent water stains. The company's response was to put it on a very high salt content which resulted in appliances rusting..i have now tried for last 2 years to get them to come and do a proper service on it, everytime they send 1 cartridge?! I ended up putting the whole system on bypass because have no more water pressure in the house.Sales manager Wayne was unbelievably rude and condescending as I am trying to get help, their service department apparently is unable to get it right. I am done with them.

I've been a client of Nimbus since 1999. Apparently, Nimbus was purchased this year by Instore Water Systems.So far, I have to rate them as Excellent: customer service when setting up my appointment, service call today done by Armand, who has been with Nimbus for many years & now with Instore.Needed emergency follow-up, next day - Friday, before a long weekend, they were fully booked.However, fit me in that morning. Stan did an excellent job! All working great.Thanks all.

We usually don't give online reviews, but have to now due to bad experience and this might help future customers. We have been loyal customers of Nimbus since 2017 using Kinetico water system filters. There has been no stock of filters most of the time and we'll be notified after some weeks.Got a call last week that the filters were is stock, but could not make it due to busy schedule and informed to reserve them. I visited this week only to be told that they ran out of stock again.These filters are expensive ($59 + $79) and last about 6 months for a family of four. So we cannot purchase 2 sets which brings total to $300+The staff at the reception informed that we should pay on call to reserve the filters and the worst thing is that you have to share your credit card number to them over the phone. The staff was not at all cooperative and looked as if you are fool by missing the purchase. The office and sales staff have proven themselves to be inefficient and unhelpful. We are now beginning our search for a more reputable water systems company.

The water is so crisp. We’ve been coming for years. Efficient self serve service and helpful staff when I had needed some assistance. Clean location as well. Love me some fresh water !!!I did this review also because you get free refills with the QR code, except I didn’t receive my free refills sooooooooo I’m waiting for that too.

Nimbus Water Systems
We have been loyal customers of Nimbus since 2005 and it pains me to give them such a poor review. Over the last two years, it is clear that Nimbus has lost its way. While the technicians are courteous and knowledgeable, the office and sales staff have proven themselves to be exasperatingly inefficient and unhelpful. This is not same company my family and I have dealt with in years past. We are now beginning our search for a more reputable water systems company. Wish us luck.

I come here to refill jugs and I love the taste of this water. It is a clean place and they have great staff and service. I recommend people to come here. However, I used to be a customer at Wilson and they would give out free caps when I buy coupons, so it would be nice if they give out free caps too.

This company has deplorable customer service. They are horrible to deal with. I ordered a set of filters, and when they didn’t arrive 5 weeks later, I phoned to follow up. I was then told I had to call their courier and find out where they are !?!? I did, and was told by the courier that they made 3 attempts to pick up the filters for delivery but there wasn’t anything there to ship. Since I had already been charged for them, I was getting very frustrated. I called back to express my concerns and they actually HUNG UP the phone on me! I tried phoning back, left messages, my husband phoned and left messages as well and we never got a call back. I will never do business with this company ever again and I suggest the same for everyone else. The filters finally arrived, almost 7 weeks after my initial order.
