I have wicked ptsd and after being chased out of Bcaa Insurance for asking to use the bathroom with a mask on by a defined woman hater as he treated the other women the same, I was told to go somewhere else to get my insurance ,I did and i found that i was at the right place The Hub did not treat me like a virus like many businesses have in Nelson . A shameful act for covid . anyways I give you a 10 out of 5 as you Miss Jennifer were humane and noteworthy kind . As a Medic i cannot tell you how important it is to have medical facts before launching full on hate like the guy at bcaa . I love BCAA ,the actual Bcaa.

Garbage service, garbage business. Think its ok to lie to a persons face then surprise ….double payment in 3 days. Absolute joke. After I verified no double payment to the brokers face … twice before I Ieft. Pathetic. Seeking out of province insurance instead.

Terrible business. Talked to receptionist, asked me 10 minutes of questions and was told that someone would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago, no call back. Called again, straight to voicemail. Left a message, no one called back. Clearly the insurance business has amalgamated so much that no one cares. HUB International, is one of them.
