Spoke to one of your reps about making a donation. We worked out to pick up for Saturday. No one called, no one showed. Tried calling, no luck. Frustrating when trying to donate to a cause.

Very frustrating, I put out my boxes and get the call that they will be coming to pick them up and once again no one comes, going to be donating to another cause, this happens way too often.So I need to update my review, after posting this I got a call from Chrissy who dealt with my complaint, she went over and above my expectations trying to figure out why my donations was missed. I really appreciate the extra effort she put forward and I will definitely be donating to Inclusion Alberta" again because of her excellent customer service."

Your truck was supposed to pick up bags on March 20. I had them placed at my front door by 9am. UPS also came by to drop off a package around 10:03 and I believe the pick-up person might have picked that as well. Please get back. This is quite urgent
