Really good breakfast. The sausage has kind of sweet flavor. It was really good. Benny was delicious!! Only thing not that good is the coffee, I had lavender latte. It's sort of too sweet but not too much lavender flavor. Overall, it was a decent brunch for us.

Overall a tasty brunch with some Filipino fare. I've had Filipino food on many occasions, so I'm ready for the sweeter than usual marinade on proteins (you've been warned). Conatant flow of ppl on a weekend, so be ready to line up! We came at 11am on a Sunday and waited for about 20min.We ordered the ube (purple sweet potatoes) waffle that had a nice hint of ube (artificial flavors), but the texture was a nice waffle with crunch chewy but soft inside with toscino as the main. It is a sweet ketchup-like marinade chicken with a side of salad.Second entree was the milk fish belly with garlic fried rice. The milk fish was nicely grilled and seasoned once again with a sweet soy glaze. 1/5 of the fish is pure fat from the fish but appreciate this section as this fish is notorious for tiny bones. The garlic fried rice could use some more garlic, but works for the masses.Overall a tasty brunch, but the one star less was the service. They have the minimalist approach to it is drop off your food, bill and then ask you to leave before your 2 hr is up (BIG SIGN FOR TIME LIMIT).

Came here with my wife and my daughter and spent father's day brunch and we loved the warm service of the staffs including the floor manager, they we're so welcoming. The food was served really fast (even though it was busy) the ambiance is so comfy and modern. The food is perfect, we ordered longsilog and tapsilog which I highly recommend if you're looking for a place for brunch. And the ube cake here is top notch. Will definitely come back here again ☺️

We went here today. I had a great time here with my mom and sister. All the crew were nice! Also Richard went above and beyond with his service. Great menu selection. The food and the drinks that we ordered were all delicious and we liked their food presentation. Nice vibe/decor inside and very spacious cafe. We recommend their Milkfish Silog and Ube Dream Cake.

Really nice cafe and restaurant for either an afternoon tea/coffee or brunch or a full proper meal!The overall interior is very bright with a lot of decoration that gives off the steam punk vibe.We ordered chicken and waffle and meat lover’s omelette. The omelette was pretty standard. The batter of the fried chicken was fairly thick and a bit over-fried as the batter was too hard and was pretty hard to even cut or pierce with your fork and knife. The waffle was good but again was a bit too dry and hard as the exterior of the waffle were crunchy and crumbly.

Every time we fly to Vancouver, we ALWAYS eat here for at least one of the days we are in town. Great ambiance and great food selection ranging from eggs benedict, waffles, signature Filipino rice dishes, burger, pasta, ube food (waffle, latte, etc.), pastries, cakes and many more! If you've always wanted to try Filipino food and don't know where to go, Liberte is a must! Easily one of the best Filipino (with Western options) restaurants I have tried in Canada. Can't wait to go again when we come back to Vancouver!

Love the atmosphere of the cafe, so a e brought our clients and friends to here for so many times. The food was pretty decent in general, but this time was kinda disappointed. We had a fried chicken with waffles which the fried chicken was not fresh at all. The steak was supposed to be middle rare but it ended up overcooked. :(Anyways, thanks for the service.

We went to try this chic pinoy fusion restaurant the other day. We were blown away at the interior look. The staff super friendly and attentive! The food great, tapsilog was good and the ube waffle was pretty good. The cake was just okay. Will def come back again. Love the ube inspired dishes!
