Even one star is a lot for this place. Terrible service and rude staff. He gave me half of my order cause he dropped the other half in the sink and he charged me for the whole sandwich. When I asked him to re-do my order he argued with me!!!! Horrible place. Never eat there.

Very unwelcoming & unprofessional experience.We went there on Christmas eve, 2021.The closing time was shown 5PM onli3, & we pre-ordered through website & paid online. And pickup was at 4:55PM & we reached there about at 4:56. The store was empty! No one was there. The contact number on website was the store number, which obviously no one answered.We went there next day and the person was almost closed the store and ready to leave (at 4Pm instead of 5). We told him about the issue & he was surprised that mucho burrito accepts orders through website! - we wanted our food, but he simply called manager and gave us refund from cash register and left!They might be good, but wasn't a good experience for us!
