Small station and the staff was really helpful and clarified all the queries that I had. It was my first train travel in Canada and I really enjoyed it. One concern I had was the train was delayed about an hour and other than that the track and car signs were clearly mentioned. Only one staff was there in the station and the employee was really nice to response to everyone questions.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The guy on the counter, Mathisse, kindly helped me (a sr citizen with mobility problems) carry my bag down to the Go Train platform tunnel as the elevator wasn't functioning (again!). Even if he is with Via Rail, he chose to help a challenged Go Train passenger. Kudos for the great service!

The station is well maintained all the time .The staff are amazing, information is posted everywhere plus there is washrooms inside .Tim hortons nearby at 111 cross ave And McDonald’s too .Plus a big parking lot so if u want to park , there is tons of space.

It started raining outside, so I went inside to the lobby here to wait for my friend, and I was immediately asked to get out by the person behind the counter. There were only 3 or 4 other people in the lobby. There was planty of space. That's not how you should treat another person, whether they are a customer or not.

My daughter used via rail for the first time today. She has never used this service and didn’t know the process. My daughter was nervous to use Via rail but the extremely helpful and pleasant lady at the reception was wonderful! She was very understanding and helped direct us and explained everything clearly. She gave such excellent customer service. Just before the train arrived, she came out to the waiting room and assisted all the passengers on the train. The station is very clean and well kept. The waiting room has 2 sides with large comfortable chairs. I highly recommend using this Via rail station.

Nice building with waiting areas inside and outside. Washrooms and snacks are available in the station aswell as VIA employee if u have any questions or concerns.

I had am amazing experience at the via rail Oakville station. Sam was extremely polite and courteous. Went out of his way to help us. Wish they had more employees like him

I went with 2 senior citizens. Sam was very helpful. At one point they had to change the platform, he helped the ladies carry their bags. He went above and beyond to help them. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Sam. Keep up the great job.

There is a Agent/Porter who I wish I knew his name, (He has been there for years as is my understanding.) He was impeccably polished ,friendly and gave us authentic attention. He made a nervous experience a memorable one; even giving Union Station tips on where to get the best pastries and coffee in between trains
