Lave Auto Marco Polo

I don't live in LaSalle anymore but I still drive into LaSalle just to have them wash my car. Been going here for over 25 years.Other places leave your car still dirty inside, but Marco Polo does a great job of cleaning it up.

I always have a wonderful service at Marco Polo. My car comes out looking brand new every time. Would 100000% recommend going there.

$258 Nightmare: lack of accountability and the desecration of a BMW 328 Touring at Lave Auto Marco Polo.Entrusting my rare BMW 328 Touring, a hatchback I've meticulously cared for and personally detailed over the past seven years, to Marco Polo Carwash was a decision taken under duress of time constraints. Alas, it's a decision that I’ve now come to regret.When I handed over the keys, my request was explicit – NO Armor All. Anyone familiar with the stuff knows the greasy residue and unsightly splotches it leaves behind, which is why it’s such a controversial product in the car detailing world. But my one and only simple request proved too complex for Lave Auto Marco Polo.When I returned to pick up my car, my heart sank. Armor All had been sprayed with abandon throughout the interior. Upon sitting on the driver's seat to assess the damage I nearly slid out of the car. Rubber carpets, now slick as ice, plastic trims glossed over, stereo buttons encased in a layer of oil, sun visors marred with blotchy sheen, all victims to the Armor All onslaught.Further, the leather seats, all the roof fabric, my cell phone holder (really!?), the steering wheel, even the instrument cluster behind the protective visor - an area inaccessible for cleaning - were not spared from the Armor All attack. When I took up the issue of the oily instrument cluster with the owner, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response, It wasn't us who did that". A shocking lack of accountability.I'm now $258 out of pocket (including taxes) with a BMW 328 that needs another

10/10 best car wash I been to. Car came out looking brand new. Be prepared to wait but well worth it!!

Superficial cleaning of the interior. Not detailed, they just kept wiping the same big surfaces and ignored the small places

They did a great job washing the inside and outside of my car, didn't miss any spots

I dont know what the other negatives posts are about . They were all very nice, from the lady inside to the people cleaning they were fast, and did a tremendous job. I will go again and again!

They did not do a good job. Went on a tuesday morning. They forgot to vaccum inside the trunk and around the inside of all the windows where the rubber is. Will not go back. For $30, not worth it. My kids do a better job.

I took my car for a deep interior wash to remove all the winter salt, they gave me the new car, it is a VW passat 2017, I am very delicate with the interior of my car and the truth is that this car wash left it new, I recommend it 100% the lady was very kind to me.
