Luesby Memorial Company Ltd

I would strongly recommend going someplace else.I hired Luesby Memorial to do some work on my mother's headstone and asked them to send pictures of their work when it was completed. I paid in full in advance, as was expected. I live in the States, so I trusted them to do the work, having dealt with them in the past. After a YEAR they still had not done the work. At long last, WELL AFTER A YEAR HAD GONE BY and having to involve a relative living in the area to go have a chat with Luesby, the work was completed, but I never got a picture per our agreement. After yet another phone call, I was told the owner would call me, but of course, he never did. I eventually got the picture, but only after hounding them and pitching a fit. This is not the way to do business.

Haven't been able to get a response for many months. They don't pickup calls nor respond to emails. Other reviews suggesting same are accurate.

September 2022 I FINALLY received my $500 deposit from January 13th, after numerous emails, phone calls, reporting to BBB, and having this Google review.GO ELSEWHERE!!
