Puppy Chappy

The best grooming salon in town. They are really good at scissoring all different breeds like teddy bear cut! They have good collections of fashionable accessories. They owner Helan is very nice lady! I highly recommend!

Went to this grooming shop for the first time, and I can say that we have had the most amazing experience! When we came in for Henry's appointment, we met with the owner and the groomer, Anastasia. We explained that due to many previous traumatic grooming experiences, Henry is very fussy and untrusting when it comes to being touched, especially his paws and ears. They did an initial assessment and they discovered that he had some irritated skin and tangles around his armpits. They said that the best course of action would be to cut his hair short enough to prevent tangling and pulling on the skin. We agreed to do whatever they recommended.When we came to pick up Henry, he actually turned around and tried to go back to Anastasia! This was the first time he has ever showed such love for one of his groomers, and this was the first time that we have picked up Henry from a grooming appointment where he wasn't desperate to escape. She did such a fantastic job. She was able to trim the hair on the bottom of his paws perfectly which was quite a surprise, seeing as he never lets anyone touch his paws. She trimmed his nails perfectly as well. The groom on Henry's body is neat and even, and the shaping of his beard is so cute!We are so pleased with our experience, and this is now going to be our official grooming spot! The care and attention to detail was amazing, especially at their cost being on the lower end from our experience. We can't wait to be back!10/10, highly recommended~!

You don’t realize how bad other hair cutting places are till you visit this place they do awesome job, my dog first time had amazing hair cut and style, his hair was soft and smelled nice. You can tell they care. He also wasn’t petrified after his haircut like he usually is. Thank you

We LOVE Puppy Chappy!!! Came here for the first time today! My Yorkie puppy has only been to the groomers once at another company and she came back traumatized and shaking non-stop, so I tried to find another groomer near by and I'm so glad I found this place!!!They did such an amazing job, my puppy looks amazing and SO CUTE with her new bow! They did exactly what I wanted and were SO friendly! When I picked her up, I couldn't believe my eyes, she was so excited and looked like she had so much fun! It makes me feel like they took really good care of her. I'm so happy to find a groomer that my pup feels comfortable and happy with! I had no previous issues before but today I had specifically told the person to not cut the hair, just a simple face framing. I came to pick up my dog fully shaved, her answer was he was matted but I made sure he was fully brushed before going to avoid shaving him….. they could have at least called or mentioned that when dropping off my dog.Never going here again.

I took my 6 month old Yorkie for her first groom, she was extremely matted. It was a great experience and my dog did not seem to be too stressed out after considering it was her first ever groom. I have also read some bad reviews but I am glad I gave it a chance regardless. The owner is super nice and cares about dogs. My dog was out in about an hour and smelled and looked absolutely great. I will be taking her here for her second groom. They do have a few groomers available working here, i found a perfect one for my dog! They also have a nice selection of of good quality treats! Give it a try for sure!

I am writing to express my frustration, disappointment and anger with this Company.I took our dog in for a simple haircut and after a couple of days I noticed our poor dog came out of grooming with a mysterious cut under her ear (pictures attached).I took the poor dog to the doctor, and they did some checkups and of course I paid a big cheque to the clinic.When I went back to address this with the Store manger to inquire how this could have happened or why no one advised us about the cut,we were advised that that particular groomer had left the company and the Manager (Helen) first accepted to pay the half of the costs,but after a couple of days did not take any responsibility.When I expressed my concern over the cut and the lack of responsibility and client care, she got offensive with me and proceeded to call me names and blame everything on me.I have never seen a store handle a situation in such a matter, making a mistake and giving my dog a cut is one thing,but to take zero responsibility and give no care about doing so. The only response I received from this store is insults. If you care about your pets do not go to this store.

They did such an amazing job!! It was my puppy's first hair cut and they were so patient and attentive to his needs and the haircut came out perfect, highly recommend !! Just look at the before and after!!!
