Dead bugs and spider webs every corner, lots of them. ALSO, MOUSE TRAP ON A SIDE TABLE IN THE WAITING AREA. AS I'M WRTING THIS 2 PATIENTS ARE SITTING WITHIN 1 FEET OF A MOUSE TRAP BOX.

A blonde lady who sits in the middle of the reception area was very rude. I just need to get my report and she replied to me that she was busy at that moment and I have to wait. The way of talking to me makes me feel that she hates me. Then she left me to wait forever and it seems like she doesn’t care at all. In the end, another lady who sits beside her helped me with a nice attitude.

Service is good receptionist is helpful went there for xray was out in 35mins

My requisition for CT scan was transferred from the hospital to the Imagix Laênnac on 1100, Beaumont avenue, MTL.Firstly, the person that called to give me an appointment, was not competent to correctly read the medical requisitions. Despite the fact that I mentionned to her 3 times that I am prescribed with a C+ CT scan and to make sure she is booking me the right procedure, she booked my appointment for the late night and told me that the clinic would know what to do.When I arrived for the appointment, and was about to be put in the machine, I realized that the technician is not injecting me with an iodine. I expressed my concern, then she went to get my requisition and said that I, in fact, was booked the wrong appointment and such a procedure is not performed at night time. She was helpful and attentive and rebooked me another appointment during the day time for 2 days later.At my second try to get a CT scan at that clinic, I was injected twice with the radioactive iodine during the same procedure.In the middle of the procedure, right after I received almost entire dose, the injector popped out of my vein, also running the iodine all over my arm. The technician explained to me that I am not the first patient that it happenned to, and the clinic was well aware of the malfinctioning of their equipment. Therefore, in order to perform a procedure, they will need to inject me with the second dose of an iodine. I have never given a written consent for the second dose!24 hours later, my thyriod is still burning and I experience the heat around that area.I will return to the clinic to write an official complain and to request and Ultrasound of my thyroid gland on their charge. And if, God forbid!!!, they burned my thyroid gland, I will seek a compensation!!!I am very disappointed at this location!!! Their personel do not know what they are doing and it is dangerous for the patients!!!Think twice before you go to this location!!!

Even if the clinic was super busy, staff is very kind and service very fast, I strongly recommend this clinic (and had no issues with parking). I was in and out in 20 minutes during lunch hour too. Strongly recommend!

SAVE YOURSELF and STAY AWAY from this pathetic site. I guess I should have read the reviews beforehand. Arrived 10 mins early and the Parking was a nightmare. Only one working meter and a crazy big line. Took me around 30mins to get parking and by the time I went in, they refused me service saying I'm late. I tried to explain them that I was here early but there's an issue with their parking but they didn't care and told me they won't be able to continue my appointment and I will have to call them again. Waited on call for 20mins and still no response.

The status on Google indicates that the clinic opens at 8 AM, however, the phone system states that they are close at 8:30 AM?! Why the staff don’t pick up the phone? Is there a way to reach out to the staff regarding an appointment?

The service is good, the receptionists are kind and they listen to patients well. One of the negatives is that I was there for a scan that doesn't require an appointment and one person that came after I was there already waiting (who was there for the same service) bypassed me, with no appointment and without it being urgent. I had to talk to a receptionist who kindly solved the situation by making sure I was next. Apparently, the doctor took the first sheet on the pile of appointments instead of going by order....

Don't listen to people saying parking is a nightmare. You simply park in front of the building, scan a QR code and pay (2$ for an hour parking) in 30 seconds.I was there on time (15min early) and they passed me quickly even if there were a lot of people. Everything took 20-25min and I was done. Great place, I would recommend.

Service at the clinic was very good: kind staff, clean and quick service. But be prepared for a nightmare paying the parking lot: the whole process took me 20 minutes, starting from waiting on the line and going through different screens that include tapping your immatriculation number and your phone number or email
