Absolutely rude and dismissive, As I’m doing the design my own I obviously need a little bit of sales help. The person was rude and dismissive and basically just said goodbye to a very large sale as I have five different rooms that are needing tiling. I would not set foot in that place if it was a last tile shop in Vancouver.. completely rude

Doug was friendly, and was knowledgable with answers to all my questions about the tiles I was looking for. Great product availability, and tons of selections. Best of all - prices were even lower than my research suggested I'd be paying.

I was doing a small project and needed a limited amount of tiles in various colours and Jessica went the extra mile for me despite the extra amount of work for such a small order. It just made me feel good to be treated in a way that was so lovely and helpful. I thank you Jaisika and to your co-worker, Doug, for helping me and for doing it with some genuine smiles.

I have recently renovated my bathroom with the help of Lower Mainland Tile & Stone, and I can highly recommend their services. The owner Doug Kranenburg is very experienced, reliable and super friendly. Out of his store on Commercial Drive, he not only sells tiles, Schluter & Nuheat floor heating systems and more, he also offers the installation of these products for all kind of home renovations. Doug organized the workers for the initial gutting of my old bathroom, then sent tilesetter Costello to continue with prep work and above all, the skillful, detail-oriented installation of the new tiles. Everything went smoothly and I am extremely happy with the result. Doug was available throughout the whole process and offered any help he could. I will certainly return to Lower Mainland Tile & Stone if ever I plan another renovation project in the future.

Doug was very helpful on finding me a part and charged a very reasonable price for it compared to other shops. He was also nice enough to give me some tips on how to fix a drain that a contractor had done a terrible job on and even cut a tile for me no charge. I highly recommend this shop.
