A great bunch of people. Dealing at Murray Chrysler was a straightforward and transparent experience (as opposed to the salesman-sales manager go round at many other places). I would highly recommend the more small town experience at Murray Chrysler.

Being that this was my first time at Murray's dealership. I found the service was excellent, very helpful, very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Phil was amazing and was able to not only get me into a reliable and nice and newer vehicle, he was able to get it to me efficiently and quickly, as I was in need of vehicle right away.And that man has some great fishing tips. Let me Start by saying that my transaction with Phil Rutherford at Murray Chrysler was the most seamless and easiest experience I’ve ever had purchasing anything! I was in a bind financially and struggling at even the thought of purchasing a vehicle and Phil went way above and beyond to help me out!!!! A truly genuine good person!! I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to get into a new vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for all your help Phil !!

Went to look at a pre-owned truck and noticed that the back tires were new and front worn - which is not acceptable on a 4 x 4 because it is hard on the differentials and the tire wear will obviously never be the same. The front tires were substantially worse than the back. They said they would put on new tires over and above the listed price. After a test drive the truck seemed okay and I agreed to pay for the new tires and bought the truck. The finance manager told us we had 30 days to return the truck if were problems. There were.The digital dash display started flickering the next day, the Uconnect didn’t work and the tire sensors on the brand new tires were going off - they hadn’t been inflated properly. After we brought it back they said the dash cluster assembly was shot and we had to pay half to fix it - like they didn’t know this before. When I asked to return the truck they refused. I hadn’t even had the truck a week and had stopped driving it. They told me that if I didn’t want to pay half I should just come get the truck. Knowing I would have to pay more I agreed to get the truck fixed.Friday June 30th during business hours a hail storm came through Okotoks and they didn’t pull my truck into a service bay. Now I have a truck with hail damage too!!!!! And the tire sensors still don’t work. Brutal service from start to finish. The truck had been there since May. I know this because someone else brought the truck back and all his info was left inside the vehicle. I contacted the previous purchaser and he informed me that he told them about the Uconnect problems. Bad tires, bad electrical problems. They knew the vehicle had problems and they didn’t attempt to rectify them before they put it back on the lot. Shady way for a dealership to sell a used vehicle.

Steffanie was great to deal with! Answered all of my questions! Liam was fantastic with my wife when she found a concern he said he would take care of it so it put her at ease immediately! Would definitely recommend these two people at Murray Dodge to deal with!

The folks at Murray Chrysler helped me order in and receive my dream truck. Everything from ordering and fine tuning the details with Pat, handling the business side of things with Ron, to eventually trading in my old truck with Liam. They never lost sight of the customer experience and always put me first. Highly recommend anyone in the Calgary area to make the trip down like I did. It’s worth it.

A great local dealership full of people that take the time to meet your needs! Me and my dad spent hours researching trucks and started at Murray in our hometown. Spent an entire day looking through the lot, test driving and looking at options and Coogs, Liam and Ron plus the team worked through it all and answered all our questions. I found the truck that suited me and they got the keys in my hands quickly and a smile on my face at the sametime. Was incredibly impressed with experience and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Murray Chrysler. Both times were nothing but exceptional. From my sales guy Derrick to the finance manager Ron. Very pleased with the sales department. Unfortunately I haven’t had much luck with the service department being able to get me in for any kind of service work as they are always too busy to get me in for repairs in a timely fashion so I end up going elsewhere for service work. I’m sure the service department is very good as well though.
