Bench Accounting

Bench does a great job with my books. The program is seamless and they ask me questions when they aren't sure about a transaction. Its great to be able to pull reports when I need them.

I've owned a small business for 9 years and only started using Bench for the past 3 years. It was only in the past 3 years that I finally learned about my financials because of the Bench bookkeepers and the Bench reports that I have access to anytime 24/7. I had an opportunity to sell one of my businesses and needed to present my financials, which was easy to do because all was available to print out. The buyer was impressed and I felt confident. Bench helped build my confidence. I struggled with Quickbooks for years. Not anymore, now that I have Bench, I can focus on what I'm good at, which is my customers and my employees. I will have Bench as long as I have my businesses. Bench has provided stress relief and that's invaluable.

I've been with Bench for 2 years now and have had an amazing experience. The bookkeeper responds within 24 hours, most often within 2 hours. He is a pleasure to work with. My books are and records are pristine and easy to access, anytime I need them. They work seamlessly with my local CPA to get everything in order at tax time. I could not be more pleased.

Spend over 3 grand. They helped very little. I’m very sorry that I wasted my money with these guys. I ended up having to stop everything and do it myself. Putting your money in a slot machine would be better than giving it to them

I've had a great experience with Bench Bookkeeping and Dilara my bookkeeper. I've been a client for several years now. My books are a bit tricky with multiple revenue streams and expenses / receipts that need to be manually entered. They helped me get organized and have a better understanding of cash flow with minimal time and effort on my part. They also sync with my payroll provider so that part is effortless as well. Bench has been great. I have actually used them in two businesses. One was sold and it when I was approached about a possible deal it was nice to be able to provide detailed, up to date financials the same day it was requested. Due to being so squared away with the accounting, I think it helped push the bid slightly as the acquiring company didn't have to decipher dirty out of date bookkeeping. I now use them with another company and it great. Much more responsive an active than my previous local bookkeeper.

Bench has been a great option for my business. As an entrepreneur, they're exactly what I was looking for with my monthly bookkeeping needs and have saved me tons of hours of my own time, which was super important to me. It's been well worth the investment!

Our books are extremely simple - we are a startup that hasn't publicly launched yet. Yet, the bookkeeping work has been spotty and delays in completing a month's books have occurred without any explanation. Additionally, when we had our historical books done (only 7 months), numerous strange mistakes were made that had to be corrected.As someone else has mentioned, the accounting staff seem inexperienced. I'll use Bench through the rest of this tax season, but afterwords I'll move to another service. My experience so far hasn't given me the confidence they'll be able to handle my books when we start selling our product to customers.Edit:I do want to make clear that the product and customer service are both excellent! My only issue is the actual bookkeeping, which should be a breeze given how simple our business is. If the bookkeeping is improved, my review would dramatically change.
