Allora, Chelsea, Clay and the team went above and beyond what was expected. I was incredibly stressed about trading in my vehicle however they made it stress free. I am so lucky to have such amazing people to help me that genuinely care about their clients. All my questions and my concerns were all answered in a timely manner. I am so impressed because Allora was able to find me a few options that fit my needs and my wants within my budget.They even helped me clean out my car! I am one of those girls that carries way too much stuff in her car so I was very much impressed I had help taking out 1/4 of my wardrobe out of there.Thank you SO SO much on helping me find my new baby.

Chelsea was a delight to work with, she was determined to help me and very understanding of my situation, I truly felt that she had my best interest at heart. We had spent several weeks touring dealership lots and talking to multiple other dealership's salespeople looking at SUV's before deciding to stop by Fraser Valley Alfa Romeo on a whim. We are so happy we did! Reece (our salesperson) was knowledgeable and so helpful without being pushy in any way. He tracked down the perfect vehicle. Both sales managers (we dealt mostly with Colton), the finance manager, and everyone else in the building were welcoming, friendly and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. This was the exact opposite of every other experience we had before that. If you are considering buying a vehicle we highly recommend you stop by this dealership. Chelsea from The Car Girls was amazing at getting me into my Mercedes SUV. I’m a mom and fitting a goalie bag was the most important thing. She measured a bunch of trunks to my size before I even got in my car to come out. She heard all my needs and asked the right questions. She explored ideas and options and I never felt like she was selling me anything. She is a caring person. The exact opposite you would expect to be working in car sales. It wasn’t sales it was pure consulting and needs analysis. She ended up getting me in the exact car I wanted but newer than expected with low KM and Fully loaded on my budget! She didn’t miss a beat. Not even one. I will buy all my cars from her in the future. Thanks Chelsea!
