FedEx is the worst!!! I had two family member home waiting for my package, and when we checked the camera we watch him stick a note not even carrying anything to the door. What the point of coming all the way to deliver something just to have left leave a note. Clearly the driver are hating their jobs this isn’t the first time with fedex

If I could give 0 stars I would. FedEx in general is the worst, if I order something going forward and it’s shipped by fedex it will be cancelled.I’ve been waiting on a package for over a month, they never called or knocked on my door with an attempted delivery, called twice and both customer service reps said they would re send the package since they never attempted and I’m still getting phone calls saying to come pick up my package when they have never tried to resend it from their own drivers mistake.And just to add the driver delivered the package to an entirely wrong and different address.Don’t ever trust this company with any sort of important packages

The staff working at that location are amazing. They addressed all my needs, and went above and beyond to fix an issue with my order over the course of two days.Special thanks to Neelesh for being such a wonderful lead.

A lot of run around to get a parcel delivered. The sent us a tag to pick up a parcel at the wrong location. Then sent the parcel back. Never had problems with ups or Amazon. Big waste of my time travelling to 2 locations only to pay to get the parcel re delivered again. Supervisor couldn’t care at all. Lousy customer service

Not sure what is up with FedEx these days. Package “ large box” sat for 3 days not scanned at this location. Which causes nothing but issues of a lost package.When I called customer service the person was absolutely clueless.Drove to this location and they wheeled out the box on its side. When it has up arrows on ever side of the box.Pretty frustrating with the endless mistakes

My package was brought back to the Fedex office, but to a location across town. I called their offices and they were able to send my package to a closer location. Thank you, customer service.

Had to pick up my parcel all the way from king George to south surrey just because they didn’t call me when they tried to deliver it the first time. Without having a word with me they just left a note on my front door even when i was home at that time!Worst 3 hours wasted of my life

Shipped package overnight to the US and its still not there 4 days later. Even had the employee do everything so it was done correctly. Very unreliable.

I have a delivery scheduled for September 24 which never came and was re-scheduled the next day. I waited for two more days and everyday it says end of the day so wasted 4 days of waiting for a delivery that never came. The tracking in their website does not work most of the time because it does not say where your package is and you have to try a couple of times for it to go through and sometimes do not show anything at all. I run out of patient waiting so I decided to trace the shipping center in my area to pick it up myself. Friendly and apologetic staff made my mood better because I was about to lose my temper but after hearing their side where they lack the manpower due to conditions beyond their control like many had called in sick, some are injured and other personal reasons they cannot fulfill the delivery on time. Not so good experience but still kudos to the staff that are still there working making the company operate even with limited resources that they have.
