I bought a bed frame and side tables from Kalman Jacob furniture in 2018. At the time we received amazing service and an amazing product. They went out of their way to ensure I had the bed frame before my due date.Fast forward to 2021 - we still love our bed frame but we are moving and there is no way our beautiful large headboard will fit up the new stairs. I emailed the company to find out if I could get a new headboard. Rather than try to upsell me on a new headboard or bed set. I received detailed instructions on how to take the headboard apart in order to fit it up the stairs.I would recommend this company to anyone. It is very apparent from my viewpoint that they value quality pieces and customer relationships rather than a quick buck. Thank you!
