I love the selection at this business however I dread going in when the manager is working. The grumpy old lady with the blue eye shadow. She is horrible at customer service and people. She doesn't smile and heaven forbid you ask her a question. I honestly haven't been back in months because of her attitude last time. Get a different job if you're unhappy. The other blonde lady is so sweet. I have spoke to other people who also go there and they said the same thing. She shouldn't be up front please put her somewhere else so I can feel comfortable going back. I never write reviews but just had to.

My son my sick and had a fever. I called to many shopper's drug marts to find medicine to help with the fever but no one had anything in stock. I called Greenbrook pharmacy, explained my situation. The pharmacist told me to come in and he would make something in his lab to give my kid. I was expecting to pay, but i received it for free.Thank you Greenbrook pharmacyGod bless

The pharmacists were extremely helpful and kind when my daughter was sick and required a compound amoxicillin. Thank you for such wonderful service in tough time!

Good selection of health food products)vitamins etc. My go to store for gluten-free items. Only place I have found nearby that carries Rizopia spinach spaghetti noodles which my family loves -even those who are gluten tolerant. I have not personally needed to use the pharmacy but friends who have are happy with it.

If I could possibly give 0 stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy in the KW area. Not just rude but they go out of there way to be rude. A terrible store with a cashier who scowls and growls at any customer under 70. It's clear the pharmacy team don't want to be there. They are very unprofessional and have no issues blaming and bad mouthing each otherand the customers. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Great Staff! Stayed open for me to drop off AND pick up a prescription I needed for my son. Very Friendly staff. Pharmacist took his time explaining the medication and answered all my questions, even after they closed. Will return in the future.

Best pharmacy in town. I was desperate for Child Tylenol and had no luck in many other local stores. Every thing is out of stock. They were kind enough to make up something for me to fight my child's fever.If anyone else is looking please visit Greenbrook Pharamcy they will help you out.

The absolute best pharmacy I have ever been to. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Nick who is one of the pharmacists is the best you will ever get. He cares, he helps, he takes the time, he finds solutions. He goes above and beyond and I feel truly blessed to have him as my pharmacist. The whole team there is wonderful, they deserve outstanding recognition.

I agree with W B review when I go to pick up my medication I notice that most of the time staff is having good time with each other and they are on their cell phone. Don't pay attention at all that they have patient at pick up counter. Someone always has to point the staff that there is patient at the Pick up counter. Pay more attention towards your patient not towards your personal things while you are on work.

I ordered my medication a few days ago and went to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy and I had to wait long time before someone came to the cash register. The staff was talking with each other and not paying attention at all and 2 staff member are on their cell phone. The gentleman who was helping other patient has to tell other staff that there is a patient at the register.The person who came to the register didn't know what he was doing. Couldn't find my prescription. Finally after more that 5 minutes search found my medication. Please train your staff.
