Erica is the best!! Her professionalism mixed with her kind heart makes for a perfect massage. She listens to your needs and offers up exceptional treatment. Whether it's for relaxation or treatment of an injury, her knowledge of the human body is exceptional. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Erica is without a doubt an excellent registered massage therapist and I wish I could be seeing her more often. I have been a regular client of hers for the past 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to your personal needs and also incorporates reiki, cranial sacral, and cupping if needed to enhance the benefits of the treatments. I see her to treat numerous issues that I have and she is the only therapist who has ever been able to make me feel completely relaxed during treatments. She truly cares for your wellbeing and even takes the time to follow up to see how you are feeling and to give you tips, stretches to do, etc. She is a very sweet person and is overall just simply awesome. Do yourself a favour and go visit her!

I’ll start by saying that I look forward to seeing Erica again before I even leave the clinic. Her kindness is radiant and her passion for healing is undeniable. I’ve seen multiple massage therapists but Erica is the one I’ve stayed faithful to for over a year now, and it’s for a reason! She asks questions. She realizes that pain and discomfort isn’t only a by-product of working out or sitting at a desk, it also stems from stress and/or anxiety, as such, she has managed to customize my sessions to help relieve the tension that I carry from any source. I typically receive a mix of relaxation massage, cupping and craniosacral therapy from her. She has gained my trust implicitly and as a result has not only helped me improve my physical well-being, but has also helped me become more self-aware. I’m a fan!
