This was always our favourite place to go out for lunch with our work crew, but they’ve completely gotten rid of dine in now, so it’s just another pizza place among millions.

Ordered 30 mins in advance for my order, show up to pick up and they start making it right then. Defeats the purpose of calling in.30 mins of waiting and I finally asked for a refund and picked up McDonalds. Very frustrating

Absolutely horrible service. This is the 1st time in my life that I left NO tip! My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas, one was wrong and after 20 min of waiting for the correct one my husband went up to the front desk area because our server never even came back to the table, turns out the server didn't even tell the cook to make a new one (he's also forgot our dipping sauce and drinks). Super unorganized and disappointed in Pizza Hut in which we usually go to in other towns and cities and never have an experience like this. I also couldn't believe they allow peoples children run around the restaurant like it was a playground. We will not be back again.

Night buffet cold and when food finally came out everyone jumped up to fill plates but no plates either. Chicken wings gone after 2 customers . Empty dishes not picked up as you finished but left to pile up while you went back for more food. Manager compensated with discount on bill but didn't make up for the disappointment of a poor meal and experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would they had nothing I wanted so I settled for chicken Alfredo paid and went and sat down then was told oh the chicken is spoiled we are sorry. Worst customer service, manager did nothing to help. While I was waiting I watched one of the workers come out of the back, wave her hands under water then wipe them on her pants. So disappointing. To add to this we just opened the pizza boxes and all of our pizzas are undercooked.
