Went here just to look at cars. Wasn't really buying any but the staff was happy to help me just look for fun. Had a fun time there and made some great memories! Will for sure come again some time.

I am new to the McLaren family but wanted to share how wonderful my experience has been. Having had to wait for the Artura almost 12 months was well worth the wait. Very happy that Mark kept me on side :). The quality of after sales customer service has been outstanding. Derek in service has gone above and beyond to ensure every detail is looked after promptly, and without any hassles. Mark has also been there for any questions/support required and has been eager to help. An outstanding team!! I'm glad to be part of the family.

Great service and friendly staff. Mark was great to deal with, it was more like talking to a car enthusiast and not a car salesman. Knowing that it was my first McLaren purchase and it was going to be a daily driver 6 months of the year, Mark discussed the pros and cons of the various models when used in this way versus a car to simply drive on sunny Sundays.Living in Hunstville and buying my car in January, Mark arranged to have my McLaren delivered in a covered van and even came with the driver to make sure that all went well with the delivery.Buying a car from Pfaff Automotive and especially from someone like Mark was probably my best experience buying a car that I've ever had!

I visited back in January and they had a beautiful 720s on display and even as an 18 year old, allowed me to sit in it without any judgement or stereotyping. Easily one of the best moments I've had this year, they probably don't know it but by that small act they've given me a new insight on the finer things in life. Seeing these beautiful works of engineering art by McLaren in person was a truly special experience that reminds me to work harder everyday, so maybe one-day I can have the opportunity to own one. Overall management was dope and everyone was very friendly. You definitely have a potential future customer (*fingers crossed*), keep up the excellent work.
