I have to say this was the best experience I have ever. He showed me muscles I never new I had! Explained what he was doing and answered my questions.I walked out feeling like I actually got a deep tissue massage. I can move my shoulders and neck without pain and I can walk without the constant tight feelings in my hips and glutes.Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
