It does the job. A bunch of old equipment in a neon lit basement, you know the type. It'll get you where you need to go but there isn't much else to say.(I only go for weightlifting, I'm not judging the classes, coaching or boxing sessions)

Not crowded. Relaxed atmosphere. Lots of machines, free weights and a nice sized stretching space with floor mats. On the ghetto side. When something breaks it never gets fixed. Reasonable price.

The place is not well maintained, the machines are old. The staff and nice enough and the relatively low cost at least reflects what you're getting. I would not be a member if there were a nicer gym nearby.

really nice staff, good variety of machines.also a very calm and good vibe from the regulars.only major con is there are no lockers. trusting people is one thing, going home sweaty is another.

This place is a find.Great Gym - Old School Lifters Equipment + free weightsExcellent range of machines - all be it - older Atlantis modeThis place out-beats Nautilus + Econo downtown for range of machines (and I been to all of them in d/t Mtl!)> not crowded - respectful group - very much neighbourhood vibe.good for street parking / bit of a walk from Metroit is not glamour - but it has what you need - if you are there to train - it is fine!

Huge variety of machines, pretty big gym with tons of options for different types of workouts and different fitness levels. They even have rowing machines!

Good gym, has most of the equipment you need. Very annoying is that the wifi never works and it’s a basement so no cell reception/data either.

This gym is an old boxing gym with old equipment. They have all the equipment you could possibly want. For me, that's perfect HOWEVER its extremely expensive. If it didn't cost an arm and a leg I'd give it 5 stars. For 6 month it's almost $300. Some gyms around are 24/7 and cost 10$-20$/month.
