I dealt with Daniela and she was amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately we didn’t see anything we liked for the space we wanted for tile but they had a lot of different options. Will definitely go back for future projects.

We were renovating our home after 24 years and looking tile for our bathrooms and kitchen floor and did a lot of foot work and found Factory Tile Depot and we were so impressed with the incredible level of customer service. Mike was wonderful and personable and took such good care of us. Doing a home renovation is very stressful and I was in there quite a bit looking at tile and all the ladies were so Amazing with ideas and design options. Tracy and Holly and everyone there was always so eager to help out in any way. There were no delays in arrival times on any of our tile which was so great after having experienced so many delays with other trades. Their prices are very competitive and we could not be happier with the end result of our bathrooms and kitchen. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! We ended up getting the heating flooring in our master bedroom and Holly walked me thru the entire process and it was so worth the investment, especially with our cold winters. We are so grateful for all the time and effort everyone took in helping us with your renovation. Tracey went as far as calling us to find out how our reno was going, this is how much they care. Thank you to Mike and the entire team at Factory Tile Depot for the incredible level of customer service, you just don’t see it these days and would highly recommend them to family and friends and anyone renovating their home.

We worked with Daniela on our condo project and we were so pleased with her attentiveness, kindness, patience and recommendations. I would highly recommend The Factory Tile Depot.Recently we had a great experience with the store ! All the Sales associates were cooperative and we got prompt reply through emails and phone calls.Our order for tiles came on time and we were also referred to the contractor for installation which was also a wonderful experience.I would like to mention Daniella , she is a pleasant person to deal with.
