These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing! The appraiser did not show up the first time, I had to rebook and he finally showed up after an hour late. He did an estimate for the rear bumper which was rear ended and scratches on the front bumper. The scratches on the front bumper are down to the plastic(my car is blue and the scratches are 1/4 in wide black lines and you can feel that the paint is gone) and all he had in the estimate is power polish". How stupid does one have to be to not realize paint doesn't grow back on it's own with a polish? He also used wrong part number(confirm by 2 different dealers) for the back bumper and exhaust and miss the fog light that was broken. He refuse to change the part numbers and only added the fog light then told me he won't be charging me to change the estimate. Great

Showed up on time, very professional, looked over the vehicle with them and were very open to any questions I had as well as provided a very thorough and fair appraisal after quite the hassle with my insurance company. Would highly recommend when your in a bind and need a fair and honest opinion of what's actually going on.

BEWARE OF Integrated Claims Services Company in ABI am sorry to say how very disappointed I was with Integrated Claims Services.I thought all was well, until I received the report from the insurance adjuster. I had a very difficult time with them before I got everything straightened out. Beware of this company, June 2012

Had a mishap with another driver early one morning, got an appointment to see Integrated Claims. Was way to early, but Chris and Bill were happy to have a look at my car. Great company that accommodates an appointment when I walked in the door, rather than the time I was booked for. Service D excellence!

Had one of their appraiser, Keith, come to look over an auto, that had been involved in an accident. He was very professional, friendly and answered any questions I had as he looked at the damage. I wouldn't hesitate recommending ICS to my friends. Keith would be my choice of Appraisers, as he is good with what he does. Thank you for the great service, Keith and ICS.
