Went in and ordered À la carte (off the menu and not all you can eat).The food was good and came very quickly and we didn't wait very long for anything.Servers came around and cleaned any empty dishes frequently and were very friendly.The lighting was good to me. However, it could be too dark to some. However, I did notice the staff could adjust the lights.The music was not very loud, and you could actually hear your conversations, and the noise from other tables was mostly blocked out by the plastic barriers between each boothOverall, we had a good time and enjoyed the food. We would see ourselves coming back.

They have the best playlist. I was jamming out to everything and im ready to come back for their midnight dance party.. jk they close at midnight but They should release an August 8 mixed tape.As for food. Really good. Fast service. I love how we can send our own orders so we don't have to wait for a server. Best august 8 out of all the locations. And super nice people! Will travel hours to come back

Food was great and service was fast and attentive. They are open until midnight on Monday. There was an issue with the iPad ordering but the server helped us send the order through with no problems.

Absolutely love the food and service here! The food is always hot,fresh and flavorful! The service is is top notch and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend coming here!

First time visiting with a few colleagues and not sure if we'll go back. Loved the concept of ordering through a tablet but it's like ordering food from a bunch of robots. The order that food arrives has no rhyme or reason. We received dumplings and few other dishes before we got our soups (hot and sour soup is the worst I've ever had!). Servers walk by and leave items from your order at the end of your table and walk away. Your party has to figure out what it is and who ordered it. Hand rolls are good, so was the dim sum but the duration between foods, is a hit a miss. Don't expect a good customer service but it's not a bad one either, just minimal interactions with customers. It's a place to eat and that's all. You bring and make the experience with your party. Don't expect customer service or much interactions with the restaurant staff.

2023.06Overall we had a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff, fast service, nice-looking decor, comfortable seating, and overall good quality of food.Recommend seaweed salad, beef tataki, sashimi octopus, smoked salmon, seaweed salad, garden salad, beef short ribs, beef skewer, stir-fried beef, eel pizza, fried octopus, sponge cake, tiramisu and cheese cake. Sashimi in general was good except for surf calms which were very very dry.We were disappointed with their dim sum dishes, which I suppose are pre-ordered from a wholesaler and reheated/steamed in the restaurant. This wholesaler’s products are not as good as the dim sim dishes we used to have at the Upper James location.

Great time out for my birthday las Wednesday food was fresh the sashimi was delicious. Good earlier in the day though if you want to get the maximum amount for what you order.

always love to eat here on special occasions- was just disappointed there is no green tea/matcha ice cream lol- but def good food as always- our server was fantastic- u always dnt get one specially on a busy restaurant lol
