First off, l'd like to say: Ziad is one of the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my life; The customer service was impeccable; He was speaking to me and my brother with such enthusiasm, kindness and respect; His knowledge on video games is very impressive, and there's a lot of cool video games and paraphernalia to collect at this location. We were shopping for a Nintendo Switch and arrive when the store just open. The sale agent name Simon offer 300$. We told him we will come back later. A few hours later we decide to come back to buy it but was told that it’s 5$ more now since the manager wanted more money. It’s all about the principal and keeping your words. So in truth the price can increase and decrease whenever or whoever is working. We were about to leave and Simon was nice and remove that 5$ and honor the price we agree on.

I recently visited this pawn shop and was blown away by the level of service I received from the staff. Ana and Mayar who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. They made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions. The shop itself was clean, organized, and well-stocked with a great variety of items. I came in 3 minutes after their closing time and were happy to help me with my purchase. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this pawn shop to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for the excellent service!

I’ve got an excellent service from Ziad but honestly the owner (Martin) he’s such bad manager ever seen in my life he refused to take back his defective cellphone after one day of purchase gladly Ziad he was very cooperative to get to a solution finely by refund me back the money, guys definitely I don’t recommend this place
