Costco Tire Center

Would give them a better rating, but they don't seem to answer their phone in the tire department. Called them 4 times in one day, and no one would answer. I had to drive there, just to change an appointment day and time which otherwise could have been easily done If someone answered their phone.

When I made my appointment over the phone, I had informed them that I had 2 brand new tires, that was purchased at Canadian Tire, and they said it was fine to do the tire change. When I got to the St James location, I asked the mechanic where they will put the new tires in front or back, he asked me where I got my tires, when I told him it was from Canadian tire, he then said we can't change your tires, because its a competitor where you bought your tires from. I then asked him how is it possible that you were able to change my tires from previous years and I had done the same thing where I purchased my tires from Canadian tire? I am very dissapointed with costco tire, you should let your customers know ahead of time that you only change tires purchased directly from costco, eventhough I am a costco member. This was a complete waste of my time, having to wait for the appointment and then tell me you can't do it just because it was purchased from another store.

Costco tire shop did an amazing job with their customer service … tech at the tire shop was very professional… installed my new tires on the car & washed my tires & put them in the bags …. Very professional service … keep up the good work .. anyone need tire ? Visit Costco st James .. I shop has it all .
