The staff at the Simcoe store went above and beyond for us. They had difficulty getting a particular item from another retailer and they kept working at it until they were successful. Carol and Josh were amazing!

This is not my first time dealing with easy home I bought a TV and now on your bed I had an issue with the new bed they immediately worked on getting me a new bed so I have nothing but praise for easy home and it's driver he's in our building quite a lot and everybody seems to enjoy his work ethic

I have rented several things from easyhome. I have fallen behind many times and tracy has worked with me to get caught up. Its not easy chasing someone but she always gives options to me and finds the best solution to get me caught up. Her and the staff are incredible

I get stuff from Easyhome quiet a bit and I love it. always get what I want and also they set everything up for you, if it breaks while paying they fix it for you plus send you a replacement. and once your done paying you still have warranty on the items 3 months(if you get the Customer Benefit Program along with any agreement I think it’s like $9.00. You get an extra 1 year warranty on the items) also after you pay off an agreement you can get anything you want in the store for FREE for a month and if you don’t like it you can send it back! The staff is amazing and always welcoming!
