Implementing a 24/7/365 Society Hotline through the Tigertel Call Centre, with one dedicated number for all for tenant emergencies and communication, and having the Call-Centre immediately forward the information to the appropriate staff person on duty via a phone-call or email, has helped our staff focus on tenants’ requests and needs on a timely basis. This has become a very effective system that allows our site staff to use their time much more efficiently. We would be hard pressed to ever go back to the way we did business before Tigertel. We work closely with the team at Tigertel and have always been very pleased with their responses to any issues we might have and any recommendations they might have for improving our process.
