BC Diesel

Very Bad service . Owner is rude . He doesn’t have time to listen to your problem . I was their customer from 4+ years . Their guys Mat and Sarang were great in customer service but now their owner sitting on customer service chair doesn’t respect his customers. I spent over 12k on my truck and still my issue is not fixed.

Just purchased a tuner and exhaust, Both products arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Everything was just as advertised. Loving my new sound and performance. Definitely will shop at BC Diesel again

After spending nearly a week looking for a specific diesel part, I finally found it at BC Diesel. (shibby harness plugs). They also had a fuel filter wrench I'd been looking for, so I added it to the order. Upon completing the order, paid my bill and moved on with life. Received an email from BC Diesel two days later saying the wrench was on back order. Responded and asked if they could ship my plugs while we wait, they replied with a 'no problem!' and said they would ship the wrench separately once it showed up. I was pleased with the outcome!Product was shipped quick and arrived in a few days. Harness clips installed beautifully and worked as they should. Made my month finding this product on BC Diesels website. I'll be telling a few guys about these kits and where to find them.Great job BC Diesel! Looking forward to shopping with you again!

Angry parts guy told me to go to the dealership and I said sure then decide to sell me oil and fuel filter! Spend $1000 parts guy that almost look like he was gonna throw hands at one point!Well you could be rude or other then confederate flag owners!But if you read the review they sent back there is a lack of accountability. You spend $1000 ask a few questions and get a angry owner.There is no reason the parts/owner guy to be rude or angryJust short and in a customer service point just be polite or kind.There was no politeness or kindness shown.Just visible frustration and anger!It was just an extra 3 min of the owners time not like it was lined up at all.Yes way way better service at dealerships compared to BC Diesel parts.Thanks for writing the False story where if you look at the cameras you have and angry owner/parts guy!!!Even Lordco is bad at times for parts but this is the worse experience !!

Ordered a levelling kit and Bushwacker flares for my F350! Was told parts were there and the flares were missing. Had to make two trips from Mission to Surrey, not impressed! Pleased with the products but not the extra drive!!

Bought some parts online, they were shipped and received in 2 days. Great service and great prices. Will definitely purchase here again in the future.

I am an auto mechanic building my own bypass oil filter system. BC Diesels prices were the best around for my components. (paid full retail) Even compared to my discounts available through my other suppliers.Shipped to Vancouver Island for FREE in just a Couple days. Very happy and will use them again in the future.

Just purchased a Raceme Ultra for my Ram pickup. Great buying experience on their well laid out website. Great price on my programmer and very fast shipping.

would not recommend buying anything from here , every time I do there is problems that come up. like telling me its not in stock 2-3 weeks after I bought it, then I'm told they are getting it from a us warehouse, 3 months later I'm told that this us warehouse burnt down, then I'm told that there is another warehouse but it was farther away so I would have to cover the shipping cost on a 1000$rad , so I said you can keep it. the owner called and convinced me to keep the order and they would cover the shipping cost. the rad came damaged end tank cracked and a lot of bent fins and now I'm sitting here whit a truck that has been down for 4 months now and I'm livid because I was going to buy rock auto for half the price but wanted to support Canadian company and get it quicker but guess not... don't even try the email, they don't check them was waiting for an answer for two weeks for the damaged radiator (not blaming for the damage, that was ACE) just want to buy a rad from somewhere else but now I have to wait to get my money back.

I called BC Diesel, as I found many positive reviews on the internet, and I can confirm that the reviews are true.I was planning to buy my first truck with a diesel engine, and I wasn't sure if it would be the right one or not.I called them and talked to Mark today, he was extremely polite and with patience and great technical knowledge, he understood how I intended to use the vehicle and we ended up understanding that the ideal based on my use would be to acquire the gasoline engine.Mark thank you very much for your attention and information you helped me a lot!Thank you, BC Diesel.
