Buyer Beware!!!! They owe me $1800. Told me they they have wheels I wanted and they wanted the money upfront so they can ship it to me asap . I made the mistake of sending it only to not hear from them for a week. Then I call again they say the specific wheel is not in stock so they will send me a different set they have on display next day . I reluctantly agree to it and I don’t see the wheels for the next 6 days . On the day they deliver the wheels - they are scuffed - damaged - caps bent- sticker residues for a set of wheels that was supposed to be new and $1800. So I returned the wheels through the driver they sent it through . T call me later saying they won’t refund and they can’t find the driver who they shipped the wheels from so I’m on my own . I messaged them numerous times . They used an unreliable shipping source and now I’m out of my hard earned $1800 and wheels . Read their other 1 star reviews . Scam artists . I hope they burn down to the ground . And watch what kind slick story they will have for this reply . GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEVES

Always my first and last stop in everything about wheels and tires. All the in-between nvery work out, but they let you shop around first, and like me, you end up back there. Every experience is different, fair, honest, and straightforward. If you have to wait a little, don't worry , good things come to those who wait, but it's because they are good at what, they do so everyone goes there , hence a little wait. Appointments are honoured, and on spot walk-in never turned away but handled with the same courtesy. Prices commensurate with the market but ask for a deal they do their best. Work is warranty and you will be satisfied every time.

Incompetent and unprofessional.I own a contracting company and was looking to fit the fleet with new tires/rims. I figured I would start with 1 truck so I emailed to verify the availability of the rims I was interested in, someone named Ryan responded saying they’re still available. I responded asking to verify the price and what’s included or not. Then they said they would have to order them, even though they just said they’re still available, but if placed before 10am they could do the install today and could accommodate by 4:30pm so I agreed and said I would come by 4:30. After emails I called to verify and told them I was driving from downtown and I didn’t want to waste my time if they can’t do it, the guy on the phone said sure no problem we’ll see you then.I arrived by 4:30 and I waited 15 minutes before the guy came out to show me some other options in stock for the same price. I asked why, are they not in stock? He said yeah they’re just looking at them. Then he came back another 5 minutes later and said they’re going to look in the last place they would be. Sure enough he came back and said they don’t have them but can order them, they might have sold them earlier in the day and whatever other excuses. I made it clear I wasn’t impressed and he asked if I placed a deposit on them and I said no because nobody asked me for a deposit and they confirmed I could come for them at that time and if somebody mentioned the need of a deposit I would’ve paid a deposit, to which he shrugged his shoulders and said I could look at other options or place an order.Wasted my time but luckily not money like some of the other reviews. Happy to take my business elsewhere!

Today I called in to ask if I can come see a set of wheels they said sure come. When I got there the wheels were not actually in stock. They said if you wait half an hour we can bring them but actually the ones you want we can't even get today but we have another set that we can get you faster but it will be more money. Classic bait and switch to me.

Would not recommend, purchased (as advertised) brand NEW rims. Took my vehicle into the dealer for installation with new tires, to be told they weren’t brand new, in fact they powder coated to appear new, scuff behind the rim, mechanic had to grind the bore hole to make it work as the powder coating was so thick. Very disappointed.

I loved the service, thanks to Gaurav for the best price. Since I arrived at the site very friendly. I am delighted with my new wheels.

Ryan is a very genuine and respectful business owner. I brought in my car and unfortunately my mechanic over-tightened my bolts so Ryan’s team struggled trying to remove them. However, Ryan personally offered to take care of the issue through his own mechanic and the result was great and my tires turned out very well. Overall an excellent experience!
